Makes 1 large slab  


500g strong white plain flour

15g fresh yeast or dry equivalent

500ml lukewarm water

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil



5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Freshly chopped rosemary and garlic





Dissolve the yeast in a little tepid water

Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well I the middle

Pour the dissolved yeast and oil into the well

Mix until the dough is formed and knead for about 10 minutes, until springy to the touch

Put into a bowl
